Make room for a more focused working day

Support a productive working day with a regular pause to move, breathe and reset.

Each session is designed as a well-timed pause to help employees ease physical tension, clear their heads and return to their tasks with renewed focus. We agree the slot with the organiser, so it fits around meetings or becomes an afternoon break.

How a session works

Short, practical and interactive. I guide you through each movement, with easier and stronger options.

  1. 1. Before: choose your focus

You choose the focus: neck and shoulders, breathing, clearing the mind, or preparing your team for a long day of meetings.

  2. 2. During: 20 minutes live

Twenty minutes of live chair yoga, with flexibility and breathing exercises. A practical break designed to fit into your team’s working day.

  3. 3. Keep a regular rhythm

I recommend practising at least three times a week to support a productive working day and help your team relax, physically and mentally.

Three ways to work together

Every session is private, online and 20 minutes long. Try it once, start with four weeks, or make it a regular part of your team’s week.

Single team session

Price on request

One 20-minute session. A good way to try it with your team — no further booking required.

  • A short briefing with the organiser beforehand
  • A focus chosen for your group
  • Time for questions in the session

Four-week series

Price on request

Four 20-minute sessions, one per week. An optional starting point for ongoing sessions.

  • A short briefing with the organiser beforehand
  • A focus chosen for your group
  • Time for questions in the session
  • Each week builds on the group’s feedback

Ongoing team programme

Price on request

One or more 20-minute sessions per week, on an ongoing schedule we agree together.

  • The same teacher every session, so the group builds familiarity
  • Sessions adapted as the group gives feedback
  • Timed around meetings or as an afternoon break

Pricing depends on sessions per week, group size and scheduling across time zones. Frequency, billing and notice terms are agreed in your quote.

Standard sessions are for up to 20 participants; larger groups are quoted separately. Your final quote confirms any applicable taxes.

How it differs from the free live classes

The free public lives on yoga.men are a good sample of how I teach. A team session is built around your group.

Free public live

  • At a fixed public time
  • Open to anyone who joins
  • A general class, not planned around your team

Private team session

  • At a time your company chooses
  • Only your group
  • A focus agreed in the briefing
  • Interactive, with time for questions

Questions organisers ask

Who is it for?

All employees — all genders, all ages and all experience levels. Nobody needs to have done yoga before, and every movement is offered with an easier and a stronger option.

What does each person need?

A steady chair, a screen and enough room to stretch their arms out to the sides. People join in the clothes they are already wearing.

Some of our people have injuries or health conditions.

Sessions are gentle and everyone chooses the version that suits them, or skips a movement. I am a yoga teacher, not a clinician, and this is not medical treatment — anyone with a health concern should check with their doctor first. I don’t ask for employees’ health information, and please don’t include any in your enquiry.

Our team is spread across time zones.

Sessions are taught online worldwide. Tell me where your people are and we agree a time that works for the group.

Do we have to book the four-week series?

No. A single session can be booked on its own. The four-week series is there if you want a weekly rhythm with progression between sessions, and it can be an optional starting point for ongoing sessions.

How does an ongoing programme work?

It’s optional. We agree how many sessions per week you’d like, the days and times across your time zones, and I send a custom quote. The frequency, billing and notice terms are set out in that quote, so everything is clear before we start.

We have more than 20 people.

Larger groups are quoted separately. Mention your team size in the form and I’ll suggest options.

Are sessions recorded?

No. Sessions are live only, so the time is for the people in the room.

Discuss your team programme

Tell me about your team and I’ll reply by email with availability and a quote. If it helps, we can start with a free 15-minute intro call.

This is an enquiry, not a booking — nothing is charged until we agree the details.
